HOUSE RULES

1. The hotel provides accommodation services. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. If something is lost in the room or within the resort The resort will not be responsible for anything.The resort provides parking. Not responsible for your car and the contents of your car.Guests are prohibited from doing anything. That is against the law or ethics and traditions, such as drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc.Please keep the building and rooms clean.Do not make loud noises. or doing things that disturb others Do not quarrel within the hotel. And customers who are more intoxicated than normal are prohibited from staying in the resort.Smoking is prohibited inside the room. and other places within the building Except outside the building provided by the resort.Do not bring flammable objects, dangerous objects, and illegal drugs of any kind into the hotel.Do not bring items with a strong smell, such as durian, into the room.The resort allows check-in at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. and can return the room no later than 12.00 noon the next day.In the case of returning the room late from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., a service charge of 50% of the room price will be charged.In the case of returning the room late from 6:00 p.m. onwards, the full room rate will be charged. or equal to one nightRegular rooms can accommodate no more than 2 people. Children aged 0-6 years stay free of charge (no more than 2 people) and unregistered guests are prohibited from staying. Stay with me during the night.In the case that the customer has reserved a room and paid the service fee Cancellation notified 14 days before the actual date of stay. Cancellation or refund cannot be made.
   
   ทางโรงแรมให้บริการสถานที่พัก ทางผู้พักต้องรับผิดชอบของมีค่าของตัวท่านเอง หากมีสิ่งของสูญหายในห้องพักหรือภายในรีสอร์ท ทางรีสอร์ทจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นทางรีสอร์ทให้บริการสถานที่จอดรถ ไม่ได้รับผิดชอบต่อรถและสิ่งของภายในรถของท่านห้ามผู้เข้าพักกระทำการใดๆ ที่ผิดต่อกฎหมาย หรือจริยธรรม ประเพณี เช่น สิ่งเสพติด เล่นการพนัน ค้าประเวณี ฯลฯโปรดรักษาความสะอาดภายในอาคารและห้องพัก ห้ามส่งเสียงดัง หรือทำสิ่งที่เป็นการรบกวนผู้อื่น ห้ามทะเลาะวิวาทภายในโรงแรม และห้ามลูกค้าที่เมาสุราเกินกว่าปกติเข้าพักในรีสอร์ทห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในห้องพัก และสถานที่อื่นภายในอาคาร ยกเว้นภายนอกอาคารที่ทางรีสอร์ทจัดไว้ให้ห้ามนำวัตถุไวไฟ วัตถุอันตราย สิ่งเสพติดผิดกฏหมายทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในโรงแรมห้ามนำสิ่งของมีกลิ่นรุนแรง เช่น ทุเรียน เข้ามาในห้องพัก ทางรีสอร์ทอนุญาตให้เข้าพักได้ ในเวลา 14.00 น. ของวันที่เข้าพัก และคืนห้องพักได้ ไม่เกิน 12.00 น. ของวันถัดไปในกรณีคืนห้องพักเกินเวลา ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 น - 18.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพักในกรณีคืนห้องพักเกินเวลา ตั้งแต่เวลา 18.00 น เป็นต้นไป คิดค่าบริการห้องพักเต็มราคา หรือเท่ากับหนึ่งคืนห้องพักปกติ พักได้ไม่เกิน 2 คน เด็กอายุ 0-6 ปี พักฟรีไม่คิดค่าที่พักเพิ่ม (ไม่เกิน 2 คน) และห้ามนำผู้ที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเข้าพัก เข้าพักด้วยในยามวิกาลกรณีที่ลูกค้าจองห้องพักและชำระค่าบริการแล้ว ไม่ได้แจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันพักจริง 14 วันทำการ ไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
